The air-conditioning vent pipe often makes a loud noise at night. It may contain insects or reptiles or birds. Wake up to noise 4 to 5 times at night.
Calling the staff couldn't handle it either because the room was full and the source of the sound couldn't be found.
The young male staff in the evening did their best to assist and apologize.

We stayed for three nights.
The location is excellent. On a pedestrian street, keep in mind that a taxi won't pull up right next to you.
But it's good to walk, between Bibi Khanum and Registan, closer to Bibi.
The rooms are large, have everything you need. Slippers, robes, all the accessories.
The linen and towels are perfectly clean.
But there are some questions about the carpeting, the headboard - I would like it to be cleaner. Dry cleaning is needed.
The breakfast is not 5-star chic, but everything is there.
Coffee from a coffee machine, which was important to us!
